Frequently Asked Questions

What should I expect when I walk in the door?

You will be greeted warmly by one of our church members and directed to the Welcome Desk where you’ll be asked to fill out a name tag and Connection Card. These folks can help you find the coatroom, nursery, and restrooms. Our building is 100% handicap accessible.

When does worship start and how long does it last?

We worship every Sunday at 10:00am, for 60-70 minutes.

Should I bring my kids?

Children of all ages are always welcome in worship! If you are nursing a fussy or hungry baby, there is a rocking chair for you near the back row. Pastor Bri loves spending time with children and will invite them up front for a short message and prayer near the beginning of the service. Please know that we also provide age appropriate activity bags in our sanctuary for our youngest members to play and worship.

What should I expect to see in the worship service?

We have a beautiful, sanctuary with lots of natural light and spacious seating. We play music on both the organ and piano, and you are welcome to participate in the hymns and praise songs or sit back and enjoy! We offer the sacrament of Holy Communion on the first Sunday of the month, which is open to adults and children of every age and stage of faith. We take an offering to support our ministries, programs, and year round expenses – but please know that your presence is gift enough. We use many people and tools to enhance your worship experience, including friendly ushers who can help you find a place to sit, a visual display projected on the main screen, and T-Coil sound system for those who are hard of hearing.

What should I wear?

We want you to be comfortable and will welcome you just as you are. Wear your blue jeans, business casual, or a suit and tie if that’s what you like! You will likely see Pastor Bri and the choir wearing robes on most Sundays.

What happens after the service ends?

First time guests will receive a gift bag and we would love for you to stay for coffee and refreshments. If you’re more introverted and shy, feel free to give your Connection Card to Pastor Bri or one of the ushers and we will follow up with you within seven days of your visit.
